Hand-customized by Luxe Riot District, the statement hat begins with a rich royal-blue foundation accented by multicolor repurposed patterned material across the brim, crown band, and inset panel. Metallic studded edging defines each section, while dimensional embellishments, a jeweled figure, brilliant blue stone, and a vibrant red floral appliqué create an unexpected mix of glamour and personality.


The coordinating royal-blue tie carries that same energy with a sculpted fabric rosette, pearl-like neck detailing, jeweled accents, decorative beads, and a diagonal panel of matching repurposed material.
