Welcome to Luxe Riot District. By accessing our shop or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Full payment is required at checkout. Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order due to suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or listing errors, product availability, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS

Luxe Riot District apparel is produced on demand. Production and processing begin after an order is placed. Colors, print placement, and appearance may vary slightly from product images due to differences in manufacturing processes, materials, and screen displays.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted names, wording, spelling, sizes, colors, and other customization details before placing an order.

Once production has begun, custom or personalized orders cannot be changed or canceled.

All custom and personalized orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund except when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or the shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier.

SIZING

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. Please review the applicable size information before ordering. Incorrect size selection does not qualify as a product defect.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing and shipping estimates are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Luxe Riot District is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather, transportation disruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Postal or carrier delays do not qualify for refunds. A missing shipment may be eligible for replacement or refund after the shipping carrier confirms that the package is lost or otherwise determines that it will not be delivered.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by the Luxe Riot District Returns & Refunds Policy. Please review that policy before purchasing.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Products, designs, colors, sizes, prices, and availability may be changed or discontinued without notice.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Luxe Riot District branding, original graphics, artwork, designs, logos, photographs, and other original content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Luxe Riot District will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our shop or products.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. The version posted on our shop at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these Terms and Conditions and the applicable shop policies.
